"Several years ago, we decided that we had to do something about our physical health. Neither of us seemed disciplined enough to actually make it to the gym on a regular basis or to eat in a healthy manner. We blamed our busy lives and other commitments for our lack of discipline, but in short, we were lazy slobs. One of us wanted to lose weight and the other wanted to gain weight.
