This package is recommended for clients who have been through one of the above programs and wish to split their exercise between Newbody's and a home or members gym. It consists of one session a week for one calendar month and is designed around your fitness goals. Weight loss intensive package:
This package is recommended for those serious about weight loss. It consists of three one hour training sessions per week for one calendar month. Sessions consist of 30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of heart rate specific cardiovascular training. Also included are a process based goals contract, healthy weight loss meal plan, daily meal journal, and metabolic supportive nutritional supplements. Clients can lose up to 20 pounds in one month. Valued at $520, this package is priced at $470.
Fitness Phone Coaching:
I'm proud to be the first trainer in Cincinnati to offer this fantastic service. If your lifestyle makes scheduled exercise challenging, or if you prefer to exercise on your own but lack the knowledge, skill, or motivation to exercise effectively, this program is for you. This package consists of one 15-20 minute phone coaching session per week for four weeks, process and outcome goals worksheets, and daily diet and exercise journal pages which will be reviewed during our sessions. Workplace Weight Loss Contests:
The television show The Biggest Loser has spawned weight loss contests everywhere. Unfotunately, these home-grown contests lack guidance and a viable method of tracking progress. Many people participating will lose as much healthy muscle tissue as body fat, reducing their metabolisms and increasing the possibility of gaining additional body fat.
